Here are some testimonials I've received.

"Thank you so much for the wonderful hot stone massage!  I feel so much better. Your therapy makes such a difference to my quality of life. As you know, I am in a lot of pain for most of the time with fibromyalgia, arthritis and neck and back pain resulting from two accidents, and the hot stone massage helps so much - not least because it is painless! So many massage therapists seem to think that they have to hurt you before it is doing you any good.
The first time I had a hot stone treatment from you my osteopath, who I see regularly, said she could see the massage had done me a lot of good.
I highly recommend you to anyone!"

'I have been attending Sage for over a year now for Swedish massage and every time I go I can't wait to make my next appointment. Faye is an extremely accomplished masseur and I come out of her sessions feeling so relaxed and calm, it takes away all the tensions and worries of the past week. The ambiance of the room is perfect, there is soft and relaxing music playing, Faye is very friendly and always checks with me if everything is OK and whether I had any problems from the previous massage (which I never do). I fully recommend Sage to all ages of people, whatever they do, and do not hesitate to recommend that you contact Faye. So go on, make any appointment now, you won't regret it.'

'I have suffered with ear and sinus problems for years. I heard about Hopi ear candles and decided to give it a try. Twice a month for 6 months and my ears have improved and no sinus problems. How pleasant to now have a cold with no sinus problems to follow!'

'We organised a 'Pamper Party' for my daughters 12th birthday, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.  The girls had 'mini-facials' and 'pedicures', and the event was fun and interactive, and suited perfectly for their age group.  I would recommend this type of party if you are looking for something different without being too 'grown up'.

' Over the years I tried many remedies to reduce my neck pain but most really didn't help.  I finally decided to try massage as a treatment. The result of just a few sessions has been really helpful as my neck pain has reduced significantly. The treatment is very professional and relaxing,'

'It's nice to be treated by the same person each time & in a quiet, comfortable room with no other distractions.'

Feature in an Enterprising Womens newsletter:

A qualified, successful, and experienced massage therapist, Faye has recently further strengthened her skill set and business potential via a training course funded by the Enterprising Women Bursary scheme. Before following her current entrepreneurial path, Faye had amassed considerable experience in the caring profession: “I worked as a registered child minder” she explains, “and also as an auxiliary nurse in a hospital and as a support worker in the mental health sector – So setting up a business in the therapeutic field was not a big change of direction for me, rather a natural progression, especially as I have always had a fascination with physiology and anatomy.Faye’s strong interest in Massage as a powerful therapeutic tool led to her attendance at a series of evening classes and weekend training courses, and soon she was building an impressive array of knowledge and qualifications:“Basically I just wanted to learn as much as possible, so that I would be able to offer the most comprehensive range of proven techniques.” she says, “I also have a passion for beauty therapy, and so to broaden my services even further - I also started to train and qualify in subjects such as Manicure, Pedicure, and waxing.”Faye’s growing list of impressive qualifications, along with the fact that all her children had reached school age, meant that in 2006 she was in a position to take the first stages of her enterprise journey: “In April of that year I set up EveryBodies (now known as Sage Therapies)” she recounts, “I started operated from a customized utility room in my home, and started my search for prospective customers.”Faye fast discovered there were many challenges in building a client base: “Things were fairly slow and difficult in the early days” she says, “… and I realised pretty fast that business does not automatically gravitate to you, you have to go and grab it!”Fayes’s response to the challenge of securing custom was a concerted marketing initiative: “I optimized my website, dropped promotional leaflets through hundreds of doors, created a voucher scheme, and basically started to shout about the benefits my service could bring.”Business started to pick up slowly and the critical step of establishing a solid base of clients was eventually achieved. To further enhance her client reach Faye started working freelance for The Norfolk Clinic a long established complementary therapies provider: “My expertise and qualifications positioned me ideally to become their sports and remedial massage therapist, and so it has proved.”Faye’s progressive approach to offering a comprehensive suite of therapies led to a growing interest in Hot Stone Therapy Massage “It’s a premium spa quality massage technique” she explains, “Nobody else in the area offered it incorporated into sports/remedial massage, so it was very attractive to me, not only from an effectiveness point of view, but also from a unique selling point perspective – it is a fairly expensive discipline to properly train and qualify in though.”Faye’s involvement with the Enterprising Women Network Community, led to her introduction to their bursary fund scheme – aimed at helping women in the East of England access learning activities to support their business development. She wondered if the scheme might be able to help her meet the cost of the Hot Stone Massage training she wanted.”“I didn’t for the life of me think I would be successful in my application” she says, “but I thought I had nothing to lose - so I filled in the application form on their website, and waited hopefully.”To Faye’s delight she, along with 28 other applicants, was selected to benefit from the fund. “I secured £300 to put towards the cost of the course - which I subsequently attended, and without that money I simply wouldn’t have been able to afford to do the training or get the valuable qualification it led to.”Thanks in part to bursary fund, Faye now offers the Hot Stone Massage treatment to her clients, as part of her integrated therapeutic approach - and this has proved to be a major boon to Sage Therapies: “I have definitely gained new business from this important new addition” she enthuses, explaining further:“Hot Stone Massage complements my other techniques so powerfully – allowing them to work even more effectively by quickly and thoroughly relaxing the muscle, resulting in a deeper, comfortable and tailor made massage – I’m really grateful to Enterprising Women for their support in obtaining this expertise.
